RLD Homes will assist in the selection of architects, engineers and related consultants as required by the necessities of the project. RLD Homes will participate throughout the detailed design process to ensure economies and quality consistent with the projects budget and goals.
RLD Homes solicits bid proposals from qualified sub-contractors and simultaneously reviews them in order to eliminate areas of possible conflict and overlapping jurisdiction among sub-contractors. RLD Homes will then develop realistic detailed schedules for construction.
